What inspired you to launch your own website?
Just wanting to have a great website for customers to buy work boots and footwear online.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
I launched my first website http://www.discountedboots.com back in 2004 and wanted to launch a new website for work boots and work shoes.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I though that Work Boot Superstore would be a good name for a Work Boot Site that sold work boots
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
It offers 40 Name Brands and Free Shipping on every order

To Keep It for Business and Income off of Orders
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Well to be honest we invest more time than money and it has been okay we have not gotten rich yet maybe one day. We love selling Work Boots and Work Shoes.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would Market the heck out of websites through Google,MSN and Yahoo.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes I think so we are in College Town where we can always find good help.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Marketing Cost for the websites and very expensive phone bills.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Just getting our site out everywhere online and to everyone that buys Work Boots.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Building Customer Satisfaction.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It has taken more time than I had orignally thought.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
It has been up for about 1 year and we will continue to leave it up unless there is a offer we can't refuse. Getting a few orders and Income is better than nothing plus over time it will grow.
