One of the problems that most people face when it comes to things related to footwear are sweaty feet. It is an embarrassing condition that arises whenever it is too hot in the room or when there is a wrong choice of footwear. Because we are wearing footwear, the sweat in our feet cannot evaporate normally, leaving them just there in the feet.
One of the main causes of sweaty feet is the material used with your footwear or your socks. If a pair of shoes have synthetic or plastic linings, your feet won't be able to evaporate the sweat completely. Same goes for synthetic socks.
It has been suggested before that in order to make your feet "breathe" more easily, you should just ditch your old socks and turn towards buying those made out of wool, with parts of it that are made out of synthetic fiber. Make sure that your socks are not tight so as not to lock out the moisture, and make sure that they are always clean. Other people also use socks with anti-bacterial capabilities so you might also want to try them out.
As for your shoes, you should try purchasing shoes that have all-leather linings because, as already mentioned, having synthetic linings bar your feet from evaporating the sweat. You could also try buying shoes that have washable insoles and wash them daily. Finally, it also pays to have at least two pairs of shoes that you can use interchangeably. You have to use them in such a way so that one of them can be rested for a day while you are using the other one.
Having perspiring feet may also mean symptoms of a skin infection. Check out for unusual formations in your feet. Otherwise, you can just soak them in hot water before going to work. There are also foot antiperspirants that you can try out, just in case.
