Nowadays its just normal for people to have materials that were gained from animals. Wallets, belts, bags, shirts, and shoes - most of these products nowadays rely on the body skin of animals.
I've seen skins of crocodile being turned into wallets, bags and shoes. In Asia, there were even accessories made from skins and scales of fish like Tilapia. And snake leathers are now just common materials for making these products.
But I have never seen in my entire life a shoe like that one on the side. Looking closely to the shoes, you will notice it was made purely of snake skin. But that is an exotic snake skin material, it came from water moccasins or water snakes.
Manolo Blahnik really did a wonderful job for that shoe. I'm pretty sure it will be a hit especially for shoe lovers and collectors. Its exotic look will surely earn it a cult following. Not many shoes are like this, its one of a kind. Now that boots are making its way back to the fashion light, there's no doubt it will sell good.
I wonder if Imelda Marcos will get herself one. Lol.
Probably yes, for the sake of just collecting it. But I would applaud her if she dares appear on national television wearing one of those.
So people, get yourself a Manolo Blahnik Watersnake Boots now before Imelda Marcos goes there and shop them all.
