Cheap Shoes at the Flea Market

Once a year, a Flea Market is being held in my town. There are other flea markets in our province and nearby cities, but I consider the flea market in my hometown as special. It is because it is the largest and has the biggest array of selections from everything you need. Plus, it also have concerts and games for all people to enjoy.

In other countries, a flea market is always an awaited event. In some part, they are open all year round, while others have closed market during winter. In that particular photo, you can see shoes being sold in the Tristan Narvaja Flea Market in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Attack Of The Shoe Mocking Boys

Not a week ago, I did some work for our town's hall. I was hired to devised a program for the town's official cable channel.It will be broadcasted over the place wand can be watched by everyone.

I have a team of four to think what program would that be. The town's mayor told us to focus the programs target market to youths. Teens are the largest part four community and focusing a program for them will do good. Let's cross fingers for that!

Manolo Blahnik's Watersnake Boots - Wear A Snake

Nowadays its just normal for people to have materials that were gained from animals. Wallets, belts, bags, shirts, and shoes - most of these products nowadays rely on the body skin of animals.

I've seen skins of crocodile being turned into wallets, bags and shoes. In Asia, there were even accessories made from skins and scales of fish like Tilapia. And snake leathers are now just common materials for making these products.

Different Ways To Tie Your Shoe Lace

I stumbled upon this video showing different ways of shoe lacing. It was magnificent though there are some parts that I had no idea how to do it even while watching the video. Have a look at it.

Reebok Shoes

Perhaps one of my most favorite shoes ever made are the ones the Reebok company makes. I have had a couple of Reebok shoes since I was a kid and until now, their designs and quality is still outstanding.

I have also influenced many of my friends to buy Reebok. Hey, I think Reebok should pay me for advertising them, haha kidding. That one on the picture is my friend Dan's white Reebok. He uses that everytime he goes to the gym. It was such a comfortable shoes for daily activities.

Paper Shoes

My mom asked me to download patterns and designs of different shoes because she just enrolled in a sitting class for home made shoes. Their main materials are old shoes, old leathers, laces and everything old that can be transformed into shoes. Perhaps its a class for mother's who doesn't have anything to do at home, and also to promote recycling.

And I was searching for designs and patterns, I stumbled upon that photo. A beautifully crafted paper shoe. It was fantastic for me. I have seen paper shoe designs but I find that particularly stunning.

Flamenco - The Art of Spanish Dancing Tradition

Flamenco is known worldwide as one of Spain's greatest contribution to the art of dancing. It is now an institution of the modern era when it comes to the art of body movements.

I have seen many shows showing Flamenco and there was never a time that I got disappointed by it. I don't mind even if I have to fall in a very long line just to get a ticket.

A Shoe Fashion Show For A Cause

Everybody knows what happened to the Philippines during the typhoon Fengshen. The country suffered major losses in properties and in human lives.

Hundreds of people are still missing. Many people who survived the storm do not have a place to stay because their houses were torn down by the strong wind and those who live near oceans have their houses torn down by big waves.

Weird Shoe Collection

What is the weirdest shoes you have ever wear or own? Do you have special memories about it?

I remember back in high school I am a member of a drama club that requires us to wear different costumes. For once, they assigned me to become a mushroom angel, yes, a mushroom angel. It was to be shown in our municipal plaza.

My role was to be the guardian of mushrooms. They require me to wear bulky red shoes with curvy ends. Looks like Jack's shoes while climbing the bean stalk.
