Thousands of shoes were accidentally dumped along an expressway in Miami that caused significant delays in traffic flow. The "lost soles" blocked at least two lanes of the expressway. City workers took part to clear at least one of the lanes. Officials said that the owner of the truck that carried the shoes, if he/she comes forward, will pay hefty cleaning costs.
