Barbie had been the most number one selling doll for American girls. And though some would look at her as a fitness model, some throw words of criticism.
According to an article by examiner Sunny Pepper at examiner.com (link below), shoe designer Christian Louboutin says that Barbie's ankels were "too fat" to fit in his shoe designs.
And so, he set out to release three dolls donning his legendary red-soled shoes.
