Imagine a girl walking on high heels. Imagine how much pressure she is giving to her toes and the bones around it. Instances like this may create a room for bunion formation. It is suggested that ladies must wear shoes or sandals that covers the part where bunions occur, so the bones from that part is forced intact to its original form.
Experts said that shoes like those may result into having bunions, but some say that shoes are just a medium for faster bunion development and that the original reason is still on genetics. Oh well, whatever the reason may be, just be safe and be careful in choosing the shoes for your feet.
